About transparency & background

Baseline TIFF (RGB): Output is uncompressed 24-bit (8-bit per channel) with Photometric=RGB, SamplesPerPixel=3, PlanarConfiguration=1.
Transparency: PNG alpha is flattened onto the chosen background color for maximum reader compatibility.
Scaling: Use Scale (x) to resize prior to export; maintains aspect ratio.
Large images: Very large outputs can be memory-heavy. This tool keeps everything local, so be mindful of device limits.
