TIFF flavor: Baseline TIFF, uncompressed, RGB, 8-bits per channel, single strip.
Transparency: JPG has no alpha; output TIFF is RGB (no alpha).
Resizing: Set output width or height (or both). If one is blank, it's computed from the original aspect ratio.
Color: Color profile (ICC) isn't preserved. If color-critical, convert with a color-managed desktop tool.
Very large images: Browser limits apply; extremely large outputs may fail due to memory.

TIFF is a flexible container widely used in printing, scanning, and archival workflows.
This tool writes a minimal, standards-compliant TIFF with required tags: ImageWidth (256), ImageLength (257), BitsPerSample (258), Compression (259=1), PhotometricInterpretation (262=2), StripOffsets (273), SamplesPerPixel (277=3), RowsPerStrip (278), StripByteCounts (279), X/YResolution (282/283) and ResolutionUnit (296).
