JPG → BMP - Quick Cheat Sheet

Format: Exports BMP 24-bit, uncompressed (BGR). No alpha channel.
Quality: BMP is lossless here; output is typically larger than JPG.
Transparency: Not supported in 24-bit BMP. Any transparent areas would be flattened (not applicable to JPG sources).
Sizing: Set output width/height to resample. Leaving blank preserves source dimensions.
DPI: Optional. If set, we write X/Y pixels-per-meter fields so editors can infer DPI.
Privacy: All conversion happens locally in your browser; files are never uploaded.
Limits: Very large images may be clamped to protect memory.
