ICO → JPG Converter

Drag & Drop your .ico file here, or pick a file below. Nothing is uploaded.
Tip: Multi-size ICOs are supported by most browsers; the largest frame is typically used.
Why background color?
ICO can be transparent; JPG cannot. The selected background color fills transparent pixels before saving.
Leave blank to use the icon's natural width.
If only one dimension is set, aspect ratio is preserved.
Used only if width/height are blank.
Common choices: white #ffffff, black #000000.
Load an ICO and click "Convert to JPG" to preview.

ICO → JPG - Quick Cheat Sheet

How size is detected
  • We load the .ico into an in-browser decoder (<img> / createImageBitmap).
  • The detected size is the decoded image's naturalWidth x naturalHeight (usually the largest frame).
  • If your ICO is very small (e.g., 16x16), consider upscaling with width/height for a larger JPG.
