Unweighted: Each item contributes equally. Current% = avg of (score/max) × 100.
Weighted: Each item contributes by its Weight%. Current% = Σ( (score/max) × weight% ). Ensure weights sum to 100% (excluding future work).
Required Final: Let Wf = final weight (0–100), C = current percent from items listed (0–100), T = target final percent. Required final percent Rf = (T − C×(1−Wf/100)) ÷ (Wf/100). Needed points = Rf × finalMax / 100.
CSV Format: name,score,max,weight%. Weight% optional for unweighted mode.
Validation: Score ≤ Max; weights ≥ 0; weighted mode expects Σweights ≤ 100% (or exactly 100% if complete).

Edge cases & tips

If Σweights < 100% (e.g., missing categories), current% reflects only what’s entered.
If Σweights > 100%, you’ll get a warning—adjust weights or switch to unweighted mode.
To model “drop lowest,” simply omit the lowest item(s) temporarily to preview the effect.
Nothing is uploaded; CSV parsing happens entirely in your browser.
