Definition: \tan(\theta)=\dfrac{\sin(\theta)}{\cos(\theta)}.
Period: π (180°). That is, \tan(\theta+\pi)=\tan(\theta).
Undefined at: \theta=\frac{\pi}{2}+k\pi (90° + 180°·k) where \cos(\theta)=0.
Degree → Radian: \theta_{rad}=\theta_{deg}\cdot\pi/180.
Common values: \tan(0)=0, \tan(\pi/4)=1, \tan(60°)=\sqrt{3}\approx1.732.
Precision: You can adjust output decimal places (0–15).
Tip: In radian mode you can use π or pi in simple expressions, e.g., pi/6, 3*pi/2.
