Apple (95 kcal, 0.3 g fat, 4.4 g fiber): fiber capped at 4 g → Points = 95/50 + 0.3/12 − 4/5 = 1.90 + 0.025 − 0.8 = 1.125 (exact), rounds to 1.
Grilled chicken (165 kcal, 3.6 g fat, 0 g fiber): Points = 3.30 + 0.300 − 0 = 3.600 (exact), rounds to 4.
