Body type (shape) uses chest/bust, waist, hips (cm): Hourglass, Pear (Triangle), Inverted Triangle, Rectangle, Apple (Oval), or Balanced/Undefined based on measurement patterns.
Tips: Measure consistently; don’t hold breath; keep tape horizontal at each site.
How shapes are determined (rules)
Hourglass: |chest−hip| ≤ 10% of max(chest, hip) and waist ≤ 75% of min(chest, hip).
Pear: hip ≥ chest + 5 cm and hip ≥ waist + 15 cm.
Inverted Triangle: chest ≥ hip + 5 cm and chest ≥ waist + 15 cm.
Rectangle: |chest−hip| < 5 cm and waist > 75% of min(chest, hip).
Apple: waist ≥ 80% of max(chest, hip) and not clearly smaller than both chest and hip.
